Job Contender Alliance

Spearheaded by Dr. Herbert J. Kellner, Executives from United States Online University, Lifelong Learning Magazine and ITD International met with business executives, performance coaches and training specialists in the US and Europe. The goal was to explore the developmental needs of the unemployed, but also to create an innovative, engaging program to overcome this crisis.

The result was the launch of the Job Contender Alliance. In a “first of its kind” partnership, the purpose of the Job Contender Alliance is to bring together world-class trainers, consultants, business coaches and recruiters from major companies to benefit the job seeker. The founders of the Job Contender Alliance are convinced that top-quality, targeted training and coaching leads to a higher Employability Quotient (E.Q.).
