Performance System Design


Superior performance becomes a reality with ITD’s training & development systems and assessment programs. With an understanding and appreciation of competencies and performance, people can become more effective, engaged and profitable in the workplace. By taking that knowledge to the next level, goal syncronization will create a uniform attempt to reach and exceed a company's objectives. Performance-based Training & Development Systems and Programs include the following elements:


  • Competency Model: Knowledge, Skill and Attitude (KSA) are trained in a  well balanced approach. The training focuses on the job by having the participant achieve the criteria or standards necessary for proper task performance.

  • Relevance for Practice: Training & Development are relevant to the extent that they guide goal-directed action by telling participants how to act in order to achieve the goals.

  • Measurement System: Measurable goals and a customized Return on Investment and Value of Investment System.
